Applications:

ZM-16, as an excellent foaming agent, performs outstanding in many aspects. In terms of processability, its main component ADC provides a solid foundation, and compared to ordinary ADC foaming agents, ZM-16 has a smaller particle size which aids in dispersion, foam control, and concentrated gas release temperature. It performs best at processing temperatures of 170 - 190℃, and is used in conjunction with MS - 107 for foaming products such as PVC wood-plastic, with different optimal ratios depending on the thickness. ZM-16 is a light yellow powder that is easy to disperse, with a decomposition temperature of 185±4℃ and a gas generation volume of 185±5ml/g (STP). The decomposition residue is white, tasteless, and colorless, making it suitable for foaming white products. In terms of mechanical properties, it allows the foamed products to form independent spherical gas bubbles and a honeycomb-like three-dimensional structure, resulting in good mechanical strength. In summary, ZM-16 holds an important position in the application of white product foaming due to its unique properties. Whether it's processing adaptability or the enhancement of the final product's performance, it demonstrates irreplaceable value and is a preferred material for the production of many white foamed products.
