Note

Store in a cool, dry place, avoid rain, moisture, sun exposure, fire. It is strictly prohibited to contact or mix with acid and alkali materials.

Applications:

Foaming agent for WPC wallboard, foaming agent for PS injection molded plastic particles, polyethylene foaming masterbatch, a functional masterbatch containing various processing aid required for high density polyethylene (HDPE) foaming. It has no odor, can promote uniform foaming, stabilize the bubble hole, prevent the collapse of the bubble hole, and the obtained product has good appearance and dense hole. Good dispersion, no adhesion or corrosion of production equipment. It can be directly mixed with raw materials without adding other additives, simplifying the foaming process and greatly improving production efficiency.

Suitable for extrusion, ABS/PP/PE injection molding process.
Mainly used in extrusion foam HDPE/LDPE/PP sheet, profiles, sheets, pipes and so on.
