Applications:
The PE wood-plastic lubricant plays a crucial role in regulating the melt flowability and optimizing the processing performance within the PE wood-plastic co-extruded sheet. The function of PE wood-plastic lubricant can cover the entire process from raw material mixing, extrusion molding to the final performance optimization of the product. The PE wood-plastic lubricant can not only reduce the viscosity of the melt, but also decrease the friction heat between the wood fibers and the PE matrix. It can also form a dense lubricating film on the melt and the surface of the processing equipment, reducing the interfacial adhesion force and the peel force on the mold surface. This effectively prevents the problem of burning caused by material sticking to the wall.
