Applications:
PVC polyethylene wax lubricant. High melting point, suitable for the processing and production of PVC plastic products, play an external lubrication role. With excellent dispersion, it can reduce the friction between plastics and metals in the production of plastic products, make smooth release, avoid the production of materials adhering to the screw and mold, and the resulting products have smooth surfaces and high surface brightness. It also has good material fluidity, which can make the material not easy to decompose at high temperature and does not yellowing.
Suitable for PVC extruded products.
Mainly used in PVC wood plastic foam profiles, panels, wood plastic building templates, WPC panels and other hard products.
