Applications:

C2, an ammonia-free foaming agent for extrusion processes, is a uniquely featured, environmentally friendly foaming agent. By usinghydrogen phosphate salts, it significantly improves the ammonia removal rate. Notably, this foaming agent does not produce ammonia during decomposition, making the foamed products environmentally friendly and greatly improving the production environment. Additionally, it is a pH-neutral foaming agent that is free of ammonia and formamide. While ensuring the physical of the foamed products, it can control the ammonia content in the foamed products to below 50PPM. It is particularly suitable for the process removing ammonia from large mold foaming thick plates at around 165 degrees. This excellent foaming agent brings numerous advantages to environmental protection and the production ofamed products.

It is suitable for extrusion process and provides more convenience for production.

Widely used in shooting foam shoes, secondary small foam midsoles, ammonia-free large foam sheets.
