Applications:

MS-106 blowing agent is a non-azo NC blowing agent specially suitable for PVC frame strips. The decomposition temperature is low, the decomposition process is relatively mild, will produce gas, the generated gas is non-toxic and tasteless, very environmentally friendly. The foam is white, and the bubble hole is fine and uniform. Product properties White powder solid, decomposition temperature 150±5℃, gas production 100±5ml/g (STP), decomposition residue is white, without adding additives or activators. Stable performance, will not burn, away from the heat source decomposition will be immediately terminated. The product has good fluidity, good dispersion, good whiteness and smooth surface.

It is mainly used for the extrusion and injection foam of PVC and PS profile, sheet, such as foam products such as blinds and frames,and can also be used as a nucleating agent in rubber and plastic physical foaming.
