Applications:

The core demolding lubricant zinc stearate is the most commonly used composite stabilizer component and lubricant in the PVC processing process. It is a non-toxic fatty acid metal soap additive. Its main functions are to assist in thermal stability, achieve a synergistic effect of internal and external lubrication, and prevent mold release adhesion. The compatibility and lubrication performance of the core demolding lubricant zinc stearate are very high. It can improve the surface smoothness of the products and is widely used in the processing of soft, hard and semi-hard PVC products. The core demolding lubricant zinc stearate is particularly suitable for products that have high requirements for demolding performance and surface texture.
