1. Preliminary preparation: Based on the wiring plan, prepare the corresponding specifications of PVC conduit, conduit accessories (such as elbows, three-way joints, etc.), impact drill, electric drill, tape measure, screwdriver, expansion screws and other tools and materials. At the same time, turn off the power supply to ensure a safe construction environment.
2. Cable tray positioning: Use a tape measure to measure the wall or ceiling, determine the direction of the cable tray according to the design, mark a fixed point every 50 to 100 cm with a pencil, and set up additional fixed points at corners and branches to ensure the stability of the cable tray.
3. Channel fixing: At the marked points, drill holes with an impact drill, with a depth of about 2/3 of the length of the expansion screws. Tap the expansion screws into the holes, and then fix the channel to the wall or ceiling with the screws and an electric drill, making sure that the channel remains horizontal or vertical, and that the connection is tight and seamless.
4. Cutting and connection of conduit: if the length of the conduit does not meet the requirements, it can be cut to size with a saw. When connecting the conduit, install the elbow, three-way and other accessories accurately at the corresponding position, apply glue to the conduit interface and the accessory connection, and ensure that the connection is firm to prevent the wire from being exposed.
5. Wire laying: Gently place the wire into the conduit along the direction of the conduit, taking care not to overbend the wire. It is not advisable to have too many wires in a single conduit to avoid overloading the conduit.
