Material composition:

❀ Blowing agent: Blowing agent is a key additive that promotes PVC to form foaming structure. During the heating process, the blowing agent decomposes to produce gas, making the PVC melt form a uniform bubble structure, thereby reducing the weight of the shoe and increasing the softness. ZM-16 and P-4000 are excellent foaming agents suitable for different properties of shoe materials, which have been recognized by the market and customers.
❀ Stabilizer: In order to prevent the degradation of PVC due to heat, oxidation and other factors during processing, it is necessary to add stabilizer to improve the thermal stability of PVC, ensure the smooth progress of the foaming process, and extend the service life of shoes.
❀ Plasticizer: Plasticizer DOP can increase the flexibility and plasticity of PVC, making foam shoes more comfortable to wear.
❀ Other additives: Now PVC foam shoes will also add pigment powder, lubricants, antioxidants and other processing AIDS to improve the appearance of shoes, processing performance and aging resistance.
