Applications:

During the production process of PVC extruded low-density foamed products, the special functional regulator for PVC wood-plastic products, NCR61, plays an important role. The addition of NCR-61 not only effectively promotes the gelation of PVC, improves the thermal strength and extibility of the melt, but also enhances the surface quality of the product. Meanwhile, it can stabilize the tiny bubbles formed by the foaming agent, preventing the walls from rupturing and merging to form large bubbles, ensuring that the resulting foam is not only lightweight but also strong. NCR-61 mainly has three: first, it promotes the plasticization of PVC; second, it improves the melt strength of PVC foaming materials, preventing the merging of bubbles to achieve uniformlyamed products; third, it ensures the melt has good fluidity, resulting in products with good appearance. Additionally, it is also one of the key factors in product quality.
