Applications:

PVC Foam Pipe Foaming Agent is a high-performance special foaming additive independently developed for PVC foam pipe production. It is widely used in the production of various PVC foam pipes, drainage pipes, communication threading pipes and insulation pipes, with excellent thermal stability and uniform decomposition efficiency, fully adapting to extrusion and continuous production processes.

This product can form a uniform and dense cell structure inside the PVC pipe, effectively reducing the overall weight of the pipe and lowering raw material costs without reducing structural strength. The formed foam layer significantly improves the pipe's heat insulation, noise reduction and buffering performance, making it more suitable for construction drainage, wire protection and underground pipeline engineering. It has strong compatibility with PVC resin, stabilizers and processing aids, accelerates plasticizing speed, improves melt fluidity, and ensures stable production with no holes, no broken cells and no sagging.

With a moderate decomposition temperature, this foaming agent avoids over-foaming or insufficient foaming caused by temperature fluctuations, effectively reducing defective products and improving production efficiency. It is non-toxic, low-odor and environmentally friendly, conforming to industrial pipeline production standards, without heavy metals or harmful substances. The processed PVC foam pipes feature smooth surface, high rigidity, good toughness and long service life.
