Applications:
It has good compatibility with PP, TPR, PS, and can be uniformly dispersed in the resin melt during processing to form homogeneous system. Meanwhile, the product contains pore regulators, making the foam cells of the foamed products fine and uniform, thus maintaining consistent performance across different parts of product. It is an endothermic foaming agent without an induction period, and its decomposition is gradual without any abruptness, so the foam cells in the grow uniformly and stably during processing, preventing them from rupturing or overflowing the surface, which could affect the product's surface. The resulting product has uniform pores a smooth surface. The product made by ZM-110 has uniform pores and a smooth surface.
