Application characteristics of heat stabilizer:
1) Lead salt stabilizer: mainly used in hard products, with good thermal stabilizer, excellent electrical performance, low price characteristics. But its toxicity is large, easy to pollute the product, can only produce opaque products. In recent years, a large number of compound stabilizers have appeared, and the single-component stabilizer is in danger of being replaced. The composite stabilizer has the advantages of strong specificity, small pollution and simple composition for processing enterprises. However, because there is no uniform standard, the composite stabilizer varies greatly.

2) Barium cadmium stabilizer: it is a heat stabilizer with good performance. Widely used in PVC agricultural film. Barium cadmium zinc is commonly used with organic phosphite esters and antioxidants.

3) Calcium zinc stabilizer: It can be used as a non-toxic stabilizer for food packaging and pharmaceutical packaging, but its stability is relatively low, and the transparency is poor when the calcium stabilization dose is large, and it is easy to spray frost. Calcium-zinc stabilizer usually uses polyols and antioxidants to improve its performance. Recently, calcium-zinc composite stabilizer has been used for hard pipes in China.

4) Organotin heat stabilizer: It is a better variety of PVC hard products and transparent products, but its price is more expensive.

5) Epoxy stabilizers are usually used as auxiliary stabilizers. This stabilizer and barium cadmium calcium zinc stabilizer can improve the stability of light and heat, its disadvantage is easy to ooze. Polyols and organic phosphite esters are also auxiliary stabilizers.
