1. LVT Flooring
① LVT Flooring Structure: The internal structure of LVT flooring typically includes a UV paint layer, a wear layer, a color film layer, and an LVT midsole layer. The midsole layer is usually a three-layer LVT composite. To improve the dimensional of the flooring, customers may require the factory to add a fiberglass mesh in the midsole layer to reduce deformation caused by temperature changes.
② Main components of LVT flooring: PVC resin, stone powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricant, modifier, carbon black,., among which PVC resin and stone powder are the main components.
③ LVT floor production process: The biggest feature of its production process is the production of each layer of LVT sheets, which are generally into sheets with a thickness of 0.8~1.5mm using "kneading calendering", and then made into the required thickness the finished floor through grouping and hot pressing.
2. WPC Flooring
①The structure of WPC flooring: As shown in the figure, WPC flooring includes a paint layer, a wear-resistant layer, a color film, an LVT layer, and a WPC base layer.
②Components of WPC Flooring: The main components of WPC flooring are similar to those of LVT flooring. The biggest difference is thatPC material includes a foaming agent, which makes the flooring lighter in weight and provides a better underfoot feel.
③ WPC Flooring Manufacturing Process: It can be seen from the product structure diagram that WPC flooring is a composite floor including LVT and WPC substrate. The manufacturing process is to first make the single-layer structure LVT floor, then press and bond the extruded WPC substrate with adhesive to form a composite, and the adhesive used is polyurethane-based cold pressing adhesive.
3.SPC flooring
①The structure of SPC flooring: There are three types of SPC flooring currently on the market: single-layer SPC flooring with online lamination AB structure of LVT and SPC composite, and ABA structure of SPC composite flooring. The following figure shows the structure of single-layer SPC flooring.
②Main components of SPC flooring: As the same kind of PVC flooring products, the main raw materials are basically the same. The difference SPC and LVT is that SPC adds lubricants in the production process of the base material to facilitate smoother extrusion.
③SPC Floor Manufacturing Process: Similar to the production of WPC flooring, SPC flooring is also extruded and calendered into sheet materials an extruder, and then covered with a color film and a wear-resistant layer on the surface. If it is an AB or ABA structure SPC composite, the SPC base material is first extruded, and then the LVT layer is pressed and attached through group blank composite.
