Impact Modified ACR Foaming Regulator K500 is a specialized high-performance additive tailored for PVC advertising board and furniture board raw materials. It integrates foaming regulation and impact modification in one material, perfectly adapting to the extrusion foaming process of PVC rigid board products, and has become an essential auxiliary material in the board industry.

This regulator adopts advanced acrylic copolymer synthesis technology with stable molecular structure. It can effectively increase PVC melt strength, promote even plasticization during processing, and precisely control the foaming speed. It makes internal foam cells fine, uniform and independent, effectively avoiding common defects such as cell merging, collapse and surface sagging, greatly improving the flatness and overall appearance of finished boards.

In terms of impact performance, K500 obviously enhances the toughness and low-temperature impact resistance of PVC boards. It solves the problems of brittle fracture and edge chipping during cutting, transportation and installation, greatly increasing the finished product yield.
