02 Production process: From mixing to finished product, each step is critical
(1) Raw material mixing
Accurate ingredient mixing according to the formula: first dry-mix PVC, calcium powder, and recycled material, then add Zhongmai additives for high-speed mixing to ensure uniform dispersion of raw materials.
(2 )Plasticizing Extrusion
The blended raw materials are fed into the extruder, where temperature control at each section and screw speed regulation ensure complete plasticization of the materials. Core melt temperature is precisely monitored to prevent thermal degradation and abnormal foaming.
(3) Foam molding
After extrusion through the die head, the melt utilizes the decomposition effect of the foaming agent to form uniform cell structures. The foaming regulator continuously controls the cell morphology throughout the process, ensuring consistent wall thickness and dimensional stability of the grating.
(4) Cooling and shaping
The formed grating plate undergoes rapid shaping through a cooling device to minimize deformation and ensure dimensional accuracy, followed by cutting and trimming processes to obtain the finished product.
