①Ca Zn Stabilizer SG61: The stabilizer is an indispensable additive in the production of PVC edge-treated profiles. Its core function is to inhibit or delay the degradation of PVC during processing and usage, while ensuring the physical properties, appearance quality and service life of the profiles. Stabilizer SG61 can effectively enhance the weather resistance and service life of the profiles, and prevent the oxidation and photodegradation phenomena that PVC edge-treated profiles may undergo due to long-term exposure to the outside environment during usage.

②PE Wax: Polyethylene wax is a commonly used processing aid in the production of PVC edge-profile materials. It can significantly improve processing performance, enhance the surface quality of the profiles, and optimize physical properties. It is a crucial additive that ensures production efficiency and product quality. PE Wax can improve the flowability and lubricity of PVC during processing. ③Toughening Agent CPE135A: CPE135A is a key additive used in the PVC edge-profile formulation to enhance impact resistance, flexibility, and bending resistance. ①Aesthetically pleasing decoration: Customized matching colors (such as wood grain, solid color, metallic color, etc.) and surface textures (polished, matte, embossed, etc.) can be provided based on the color and texture of the panel. This helps to conceal the rough edges resulting from the cutting of the panel, making the overall style of the furniture or panel consistent and enhancing the visual effect.
②Protecting the panel: Seal the edges of the panel to prevent moisture and water from penetrating into the interior of the panel (especially for particleboard, density board and other panels that are prone to absorbing moisture and humidity), avoiding deformation and mold growth of the panel.
